Job description

Sales Operations Analyst - Temporary Position

Owlet is searching for a self-driven and self-motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support the operational aspects of the retail sales team and will report to the Sr Director of Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has experience working across teams and has excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.

This is a temporary position that will last approximately 3-6 months (parental leave cover).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support sales operations team to meet current sales objectives with our domestic (USA) and international sales customers (Canada)
  • Validate invoices for correct pricing and assist team if there are any errors that need to be corrected
  • Ensure clear communication between retailers, sales and operations.
  • Work with our 3PL partners globally to ensure they are executing to shipment plan for their respective market
  • Process Return to Vendor Request from retail partners stores
  • Coordinate communication of all customer-related issues to Operations leadership to ensure seamless flow of information
  • Analyze and report out key performance indicators, such as OTIF, Fill rates, backorders and chargebacks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or account management
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Experience working with big box retailers such as Target and Walmart
  • Experience working with vendor portals, or similar EDI systems preferred
  • Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
  • Mission oriented and results driven personality
  • Independent and quick self learner
  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
