Job description

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and management of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery on client objectives. The Account Manager will work closely with Account Directors, clients, influencers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Campaign Execution & Coordination:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, paid media, etc.) and ensure alignment with the client’s strategy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, ensuring clear communication regarding campaign objectives, content expectations, timelines, and brand guidelines.

Influencer Identification & Outreach:

  • Research and select influencers that align with the client’s campaign goals and target audience.
  • Conduct outreach to influencers, manage negotiations, and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure influencers receive creative briefs and other necessary campaign materials to execute content according to brand guidelines.

Content Review & Approvals:

  • Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with Account Directors and clients to approve content before publication.
  • Provide feedback and revisions to influencers as needed to ensure brand compliance.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Compile data and provide regular campaign reports to Account Directors, highlighting key insights, performance against KPIs, and optimization suggestions.
  • Track campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Act as the liaison between the client, influencers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Troubleshoot issues during the campaign and find solutions to keep campaigns on track.

Post-Campaign Analysis:

  • Work with Account Director on post-campaign analysis, gathering data to evaluate the campaign’s success and return on investment (ROI).
  • Present insights and recommendations for future campaigns with the Account Director to the client.

Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:

  • Work with Account Directors to address any challenges that arise during the campaign, whether related to influencer performance, content, or platform issues.
  • Work with Account Directors quickly to troubleshoot and resolve issues, minimizing disruptions to the campaign.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, social media trends, and content strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for success.
  • Experience with influencer contracts, negotiations, and deliverable timelines.
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and campaign management software.
  • Familiarity with paid media strategies to amplify influencer content.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary, complemented by a performance-driven commission structure. Campaign Managers have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $50,000 annually through commission by achieving or exceeding their sales goals.
