Job Description

Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto.

To meet our customer’s needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time)

Accountabilities:

  • Review insurance policy and coverages
  • Investigate automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
  • Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
  • Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement


Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years handling automobile claims is required 
  • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
  • Adjuster’s Licence for the province of New Brunswick or willing to obtain
  • Willing to complete a number of Chartered Insurance Professional courses (CIP) to hold the required Adjuster’s Licence
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy


Bonus Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French is a strong asset
