Senior Software Engineer Back-End (Go)

Work on the migration from PHP monoliths to the new microservice architecture

Lead the end-to-end development of scalable and high-performance solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Design and development of microservices (Go) in accordance with established standards

Set and enforce high standards of code quality, implement best practices in code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration processes

Ensure proper service alerting, perform service monitoring and incident mitigation

Share Knowledge: Evolve junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices, and guiding them through complex technical challenges.

2 years+ of work experience as a Go Software Engineer

5 years+ of work experience as a Software Engineer

Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance, and testing methods

Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications 

Experience in PHP 7+, Laravel, Symfony (to support migration from monolith to microservices)

Experience with MySQL, Postgres, and working with large data volumes

Experience with microservices and cloud architectures (ex. Google Cloud Platform, Docker)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

English intermediate (B1)

Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
