Job Summary and key responsibilities 

Key Responsibilities: 

Acquisition forecasting, due diligence, pre completion process and post completion monitoring.

• Preparation of interim summary three year forecasts for assessing potential acquisitions.
• Undertake financial due diligence to assess potential acquistions.
• Preparation of financial due diligence report for presentation to the internal board and external investors.
• Preparation of monthly 3 year post completion budget.
• Agree final budget with Regional Directors/Managing Directors responsible for acquisition.
• Analysis for Financial due diligence, to include verification of income and profit, portfolio size and client accounts.
• Assist Acquisition Integration Director with Commercial Due Diligence where required.
• Coordinate with all central departments ahead of completion to ensure budget and financial due diligence reflects all operational needs.
• Agree completion accounts with vendor/vendors accountants.
• Agree final statutory accounts/tax returns with internal finance team/external accountants.
• Assist with transition of acquisition to LRG finance department.
• Calculation and agreement of deferred consideration payment for each acquisition.
• These duties may be reasonably amended from time to time at the discretion of the company.

• Knowledge of the residential lettings, sales and property management industry.
