We are looking for an innovative and visionary Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant who will join our Client Services team and deliver exceptional results to help our clients win. We deliver post go-live support using our proven implementation methodology, and we want consultants with deep technical excellence, grit, and the ability to maintain a focus on empowering our client community for continual growth.
Our Senior Consultants work directly with our clients as business analysts and technical experts. You will provide hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central to fit with the client's system requirements and business objectives. The Senior Consultant is also passionately striving to delight clients and seeks out ways to continuously improve their product knowledge and consulting skills. A Day in the LifePossess and maintain comprehensive experience and strong knowledge of core software, business processes and best practices, related technologies and enhancements, and industry trendsWork pro-actively with clients on strategic projects or initiatives to ensure they continue to receive value from the NAV/Business Central applicationsWork reactively on break/fix support to ensure clients experience minimal service disruptionsEscalate ISV-related product issues and work with partners to drive for resolutionApply experience and knowledge while working with clients to ascertain solution requirements, potential technical options within Dynamics NAV /Business Central and related technologies, and scope and resource requirements associated with each optionDesign & test custom solutions & integrations managing functional design & scope. Effectively coordinate with development resources to build and deliver custom solutions and integrationsRepresent Stoneridge Software through effective communication with clients throughout the solution life cycleWork efficiently with resources from other internal teams or external groups as neededMentor team members

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).
CompensationOur philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.

Canada (CAD): C$115,000 - C$190,000
