Job Summary:
The goal of the Account Operations Consultant is to successfully execute client projects, mainly the execution of Trade Shows assigned to you. This primary focus is execution of trade shows planned by the Account Operations Lead. Your primary responsibilities will be tied to on-premise show day execution from setup to tear down.
Outside of Trade Show execution, you are also responsible for delivering high-quality service on specialized objectives and producing meaningful results that help clients achieve their goals. These projects can be centered around Impact Campaigns, client marketing effort(s), tailored reporting requests, and other ad hoc customer requests. The AOC is responsible for executing, tracking and delivering on each request. Failure to successfully manage these projects could result in client churn and/or loss of revenue for Meal Ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Executing the company’s trade shows, with a primary focus on in-person shows. AO Consultants must engage with clients and other partners on how to operate our platform to ensure a successful outcome.
- Delivering high-quality service and meaningful results on client objectives such as trade show goals, marketing campaigns, and other tailored requests.
- Managing and troubleshooting an event, primarily during the in-person execution phase. AO Consultants will be prepped for all events by the coordinating AO Lead. Onsite execution includes successful execution of events, managing the show day team, and appropriate post-event follow up including post-show notes and communications back to AO Lead.
- Providing various user training of our product software and presenting this training in a manner that sets the stage for successful results and completion of end goals.
- Traveling around the US to lead tradeshows and organize staff to deliver on client expectations. AO Consultants are in charge of coordinating with client teams, venues, and onsite teams to execute expectations and desired outcomes. 75% of this role involves travel that coincides with our trade show business.
What Will you Bring:
- Background in a Customer Service field and/or Event Management, at least 2-3 years experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and prioritize daily
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products and familiar with Adobe systems
- Demonstrates integrity when handling private and confidential clientele information
- High degree of attention to detail, achieving thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Required to Travel up to 75%
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background in Food Industry Preferred
- Salesforce Experience Preferred
- Baton Experience Preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of walking venue and setting up hardware to support in-person events
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to travel nationally as needed
