CRM Manager with a passion for innovation, data and making a real impact to join us.



Key Responsibilities

  • Automate & Optimise – Design, implement, and refine patient engagement journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless and effective communication at scale.

  • Integrate & Analyse – Work with multiple data sources to create highly personalised campaigns, using SQL and relational databases to refine targeting and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate & Innovate – Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to enhance CRM performance, improve data quality, and integrate insights into our core digital products.

  • Measure & Improve – Build dashboards and reports to track, analyse, and optimise CRM and marketing automation strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Stay Ahead – Keep up with new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the team and identifying opportunities for innovation.
