About the Role

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and technically robust websites. Leveraging your expertise in WordPress, PHP, and Javascript, you will navigate the intricacies of theme and plugin customization, ensuring optimal performance across devices. Collaboration is key as you work closely with the design team to bring creative visions to life and seamlessly integrate third-party systems with our in-house databases. What you’ll do

• Utilize WordPress themes and plugins to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

• Perform customization and hard coding using PHP and Javascript to meet project requirements.

• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for performance across various devices.

• Integrate sites to an in-house built database, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, collaborating with the database team as needed.

• Work closely with the design team to implement design assets into functional websites.

• Provide technical insights and collaborate on the feasibility of design elements.

• Tackle moderately defined tasks and scope them out further, utilizing available information and collaborating with the leadership team.

• Contribute to project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
