Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Full time
  • Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm San Diego, CA Time with 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 mins paid breaks
  • Friday, 8 am to 3 pm San Diego, CA Time with 60 min unpaid lunch break and one 15 min paid break 
  • San Diego, CA, Pacifc Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative assistant to provide essential support to our Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Administrative Coordinator in coordinating and executing ongoing or miscellaneous tasks.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, service tickets, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall department efficiency and productivity.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably assisting office management.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and or Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
