Product Manager leads the development and execution of a product strategy, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. They are responsible for defining the product vision, conducting market research, analysing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product requirements to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.

Responsibilities

Leads experimentation definition, execution and post analysis
Optimisations of business processes
Sets success metrics for epics, issues and tracks post-launch metrics
Researches and defines category vision and strategy
Ensures the product completeness
Evaluates potential and fitting products for acquisition by AUTODOC
Develops the programme vision and roadmap
Creates and manages the product backlog
Defines releases and programm increments
Identifies the potential risks to the product's success and develops contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements

Ability to build rapport with stakeholders to align around priorities
A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies (experimentation, ab testing, continuous , roadmapping, scientific product development)
Ability to perform extensive market research to determine what type of products consumers need
Familiar with prioritisation frameworks
Can ensure the solution is viable
Adaptability and flexibility
Understands and uses SEO fundamentals
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
Understands how to lead products to success
Has deep knowledge in the appropriate area
Previous experience in e-commerce, conversion optimization and growth;
Previous auto experience is a plus
