Job description

Position Overview

The Quality Control (QC) Manager will oversee all quality control aspects across the proactive intelligence team, ensuring that all processes, deliverables, and outputs meet the highest standards of quality, and accuracy. This role is central to maintaining excellence in project execution and delivering reliable insights to stakeholders. The QC Manager will act as the cornerstone for quality initiatives, providing leadership, strategic guidance, and actionable solutions to the team.

What You'll Do:

Quality Control Leadership

  • Oversee the Quality Control team across all proactive intelligence projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in deliverables.
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate QC program initiatives, and requirements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as the primary QC contact for the proactive intelligence team, addressing quality issues and implementing corrective measures swiftly.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all quality control results align with proactive intelligence standards, providing feedback when necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Prepare comprehensive QC reports for leadership, detailing performance metrics and recommended improvements.

Training and Development

  • Identify and address quality-related training needs within the proactive intelligence team.
  • Collaborate closely with the training team lead to ensure the team receives comprehensive training while continuously identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the team.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to align quality control efforts with broader project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the QC team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of quality standards.

Technology and Innovation

  • Leverage advanced tools and technologies to enhance QC processes and drive efficiency.

    • Proven track record of managing quality control in a professional setting, preferably in a data-driven or project-based environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in leveraging data insights for quality improvement.
