About ReflexAI

ReflexAI brings the best in machine learning and natural language processing to mission-driven, people-centric organizations via innovative tools that transform how they train, develop, and empower their frontline teams.

About this role

As a Product Designer at ReflexAI, you'll have a pivotal role in defining the user experience across our products and services. You will develop designs for ReflexAI’s tools by incorporating external research, customer input, and the most up-to-date design paradigms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll champion user-centricity throughout the product lifecycle, spanning user interface, interaction design, and research. If you're excited about building design leadership within a dynamic startup that's transforming critical industries like crisis response, healthcare, and more, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end user experience journey, driving research, concept development, design, launch, and continuous iteration
  • Conduct research, analyze market trends, and stay informed about the competitive landscape to make data-driven design decisions
  • Develop key UX assets (personas, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing plans) that guide feature development and refinement
  • Contribute to maintaining a growing design library, to ensure consistency and scalability across products
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success to ensure design choices align with both business and user needs
  • Champion user-centricity across the organization, establishing UX best practices with leadership
  • Prioritize strategically, carefully considering the costs and benefits of design decisions to maximize impact
  • Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to shape design requirements, features, and experiences
  • Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned
  • Throughout everything you do, deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion

Requirements for a great fit

  • You bring your experience (4+ years) in product design, with a solid track record, particularly in designing B2B products
  • You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • You are data-oriented and biased towards action, using insights to drive design decisions
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
  • You're always open to new perspectives, ready to adapt your designs based on new information and committed to lifelong learning
  • You possess a deep sense of empathy, enabling you to understand and prioritize user needs and emotions in your design solutions

Benefits

  • Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
  • Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States
  • ReflexAI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race/ethnicity, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, military status, neurodiversity, or any other federal, state or local protected class in the United States
