Arcadia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RFP Analyst to manage and respond to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs). In this critical role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of RFP responses, ensuring alignment with Arcadia's strategic goals and market positioning. This role demands a professional with a proven ability to navigate challenging RFP requirements, synthesize input from cross-functional teams, and produce polished, persuasive proposals. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales, you will ensure each submission showcases Arcadia’s capabilities while meeting tight deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like
In 30 days
- Develop a foundational understanding of Arcadia’s product suite, value proposition, and key market differentiators
- Build initial relationships with key subject matter experts (SMEs) across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solution Engineering teams
- Familiarize yourself with Arcadia’s tools for RFP creation and enablement, including Tribble, Salesforce, and the Arcadia Learning Management System (LMS)
- Begin contributing to RFP projects by supporting project management and content creation under the guidance of the lead RFP manager
- Successfully complete the first round of the product certification program, focused on foundational product knowledge and company overview
In 60 days
- Take on greater ownership of RFP tasks, contributing to proposal development with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with Marketing and SMEs to update and optimize RFP content in Tribble, ensuring responses are aligned with Arcadia’s messaging and current capabilities
- Actively support Sales Directors in deal strategy discussions, including solution development and pricing input, in partnership with Solution Engineers
- Progress through intermediate levels of product certification to deepen knowledge of Arcadia’s technical capabilities and use cases
In 90 days
- Independently manage the end-to-end RFP process for multiple opportunities, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Lead initiatives to improve RFP content quality, including identifying gaps, updating templates, and optimizing workflows for efficiency
- Serve as a go-to resource for RFPs, RFIs, and ad hoc sales support, demonstrating a strong grasp of Arcadia’s value and differentiation
- Play a key role in increasing RFP win rates by refining response strategies and elevating overall proposal quality
