Director of Finance

We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our fast-growing startup in the digital health tech sector. Operating across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C business models, this role requires strategic financial leadership, strong analytical skills, and expertise in scaling financial operations. The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, driving efficiency and alignment with our business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals across all models (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) Globally. 
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making for all Business units. 
• Monitor and improve financial KPIs, enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. 
• Oversee accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance processes, ensuring regulatory adherence. 
• Coordinating Accounting and finance team in different geographies to ensure a timely end of the month, quarter and year closure processes.  
• Manage financial reporting, providing timely insights for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives. 
• Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling, reporting, and due diligence. 

Requirements: 

• CPA degree 
• Experience in the US Market 
• 5 Years of experience 
• Proven track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a corporate environment. 
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and decision support. 
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). 
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP). 
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite) and FP&A software tools (Abacum, etc). 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
• Leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
• Proven experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments. 
• Proficiency in English
