Description

Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Do you enjoy coordinating complex technical implementations and fostering strong client relationships? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Card Services Implementation Specialist role!


In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation of ATM cards, debit cards, ATM terminals, and related services for our client financial institutions. You’ll also provide ongoing support, act as a liaison between DCI’s clients and our Card Services Department, and ensure the smooth operation of cutting-edge card and electronic funds transfer (EFT) products.


This role offers flexibility for in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements.


What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementation Coordination:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute implementations, conversions, and special projects for card services and EFT products.
    • Complete all required network contracts and paperwork for new and existing services.
    • Develop, maintain, and document both implementation and operational procedures for client institutions.
    • Collaborate with teams to enhance procedural efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ongoing Support, Problem Resolution & Development:
    • Research and resolve second-level issues related to card and ATM services.
    • Coordinate client requests with card vendors to address specific needs.
    • Assist with the development and rollout of new card products and system enhancements.
    • Support cross-departmental testing and production processing initiatives.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Monitor client satisfaction to ensure expectations for service quality and accuracy are consistently met.
    • Assist in marketing InstaKEY services through client outreach and written proposals.
    • Provide backup support for other Card Services team members as needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in EFT or financial services.
  • Knowledge of online transactions, ATM terminal operations, and financial institution settlements.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
