Your role, your impact
As an Oracle SCM Cloud lead consultant, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Cloud clients, focusing on Oracle SCMmodules, specifically Procurement, Inventory and Planning.
Your day-to-day
Work on support tickets;
Recommend and implement enhancements;
Optimize client processes;
Deliver training;
Assist the technical team with solutions;
Document and test technical enhancements to Cloud including, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (RICEW).
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, accounting or technology;
Minimum of 8 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM applications, as well as with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Inventory and Planning modules;
Proficiency in Office 365 environment including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote;
Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients through in-person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing;
Strong organizational, multitasking, time management and analytical skills;
Capable of working both collaboratively and independently;
Ability to solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
Extra edge
Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, insurance, or financial services industries;
Oracle Cloud certifications;
Certified in public accounting.
