In the Digital Content Specialist role, you will:
The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency to create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, has an eye for design, and is skilled in using various content management systems and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for the company's website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive content.
Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search traffic.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to guide content strategy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Manage and update the content calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to ensure brand consistency.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for Marketing Manager Role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital content creation and management.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Hootsuite).
Experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
