Job description

We are a leading US staffing company seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building strong business relationships within the IT staffing industry.

Requirements

  1. Develop new client accounts, including Direct Clients and Implementation Partners, in the US IT staffing industry.
  2. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within client organizations.
  3. Engage with clients regularly to explore existing accounts and identify new staffing opportunities.
  4. Build and increase Single Point of Contact (SPOC) relationships within client organizations.
  5. Define and implement strategies to maintain and grow effective business relationships.
  6. Negotiate client contracts, including rates and terms, to meet gross profit expectations.
  7. Leverage existing relationships and professional networks to unlock new business opportunities.
  8. Be accountable for meeting revenue and placement targets.
  9. Analyze recruitment and sales data to identify trends and areas for growth.
  10. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

Qualifications:

  1. 4-7 years of proven recruitment experience in the IT staffing industry.
  2. Strong track record of acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about recruitment.
  5. Self-driven, motivated, and professional with a positive attitude.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
  7. Bachelor's or equivalent degree; a Master’s in Business is preferred.
