Overview:

The Sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing sales reporting strategies that align with the Company's over Sales Enablement efforts. This role must work with various business lines and stakeholders to identify data requirements and design reporting mechanisms that effectively and efficiently capture reports from a variety of sources. This position is also responsible for analyzing reports and data, identifying and projecting trends and making recommendations to business line and senior management.

 

Will be required to be "in office, onsite" in downtown Lancaster, PA  2-3 days per week during introductory training period for up to 8 weeks.

 

Will be required to travel to downtown Lancaster, PA once a month for staff meetings following training period.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and Executes the Sales Reporting Strategy. Partners with Consumer and Commercial Segment Leadership, IT, and Marketing to design reporting and provide real-time relevant information to our sales teams. Builds reporting mechanisms by identifying business needs, identifying and consolidating data and creating processes to deliver sales information efficiently and effectively while maintaining data integrity. Perform analysis and make recommendations to Senior Management and Sales Leadership on sales results, trends and projections. Creates, updates and maintains organizational hierarchy information allowing accurate sales information to be accessed at any level within the organization. Serves as a business owner for the Company's CRM database.
  • Deliver framework and supporting data to inform and complete annual goal setting. In partnership with business lines, Marketing and segment leadership, the Sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist will work to create annual goal setting processes across the organization. Builds timelines and templates to drive and ensure goal setting processes are completed by required dates. Creates consistency within goal setting process across all lines of business (i.e. timelines, templates). Ensures goals will foot to established budgets. Partners with marketing to ensure market opportunity data is included in goal setting discussions.
  • Validates Sales Reporting Information. Builds and maintains processes that audit/validate sales reports in order to accurately reflect closed business. Ensures accuracy of information across technology platforms. Connects and automates various systems and data points to streamline reporting needs .

 

Qualifications:
Education

Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or Equivalent. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Reporting and database administration using multiple databases and report engines. (Required)

 

Strong knowledge of Excel skills including formulas, charts, pivot tables.  (Required)

 

3 or more years CRM databases experience. (Preferred)

 

1 or more years SQL script development. (Preferred)

 

 SOQL for Salesforce, CRM Analytics is a plus.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The salary range for this position is $59,900.00 - $99,800.00 annually.
