Who You Are:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter (Independent Contract) to join our team remotely on a 6-month 1099 hourly contract basis, with an expectations of 40 hours per week. In this role, you will focus on identifying and hiring top talent in technical, customer success, and sales domains. As a vital part of our recruitment team, you will work remotely and report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. Your expertise in proactively sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates will significantly contribute to the success of our hiring efforts.
What You Will Be Doing?:
- Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing/recruiting tools to build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates for technical and sales roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for candidates.
- Talent Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on recruiting strategies.
- Applicant Tracking: Use iCIMS to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering relationships with top talent.
- Market Insights: Provide data-driven updates on sourcing efforts, market trends, and hiring progress to the Manager.
- Productivity: Use Gen AI tools to increase work productivity.
What You Will Bring?:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical or sales recruiting.
- Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
- ATS Experience: Proven experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and streamline the hiring process. Familiarity with common ATS platforms and ability to quickly adapt to new systems is essential.
- Proactive Recruiting: Proven track record of success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
- Contract Flexibility: Must be available to work 40 hrs./week on a 1099 hourly basis for the duration of a 6-month contract.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical or sales roles in the cybersecurity industry.
- ATS experience with iCIMS is highly preferred.
- Productivity using LLMs: Experience using Gen AI tools (i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft CoPilot, etc.).

Compensation:
The total compensation range (hourly) being offered for this role is [$45.00/hr - $60.00/hr USD], depending on experience.
