Process Manager (NXP)

NexGen Data Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Manager to serve within a dynamic fast-paced operational team. The Process Manager is a senior professional responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Naval Exchange Point Operational Team’s business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role works collaboratively within a GO/GO/CS (Government Owner/Government Operated/Contractor Supported) operational model and involves identifying opportunities for process improvements, developing strategies, and implementing solutions to streamline operations and support organizational goals. The Process Manager is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize business processes. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. 

· Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and improve performance.

· Utilize process mapping, project management methodologies, and process improvement techniques to drive change.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process initiatives.

· Monitor and measure the effectiveness of new processes and adjustments to existing ones.

Requirements: 

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies, process mapping, and process improvement techniques. 

· Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

· 5+ years of experience in process management or related field.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
