Description

Seeking a Training Business Analyst for a cloud solutions contract supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

The Training Business Analyst supports and coordinates IT training programs design, development, and implementation. The analyst will assist with the management, development, implementation, and monitoring processes to ensure learners and team members have adequate information in a manner that allows them to easily understand, gather, and supply information to aid in data-driven decisions. The Training Business Analyst will oversee online and in-person training event coordination and correspondence, including answering and responding to incoming calls and emails and assisting the customer with administration and course coordination activities. Other duties include management of learner enrollment systems and publishing upcoming course and learning event information for our customers, providing support to ensure the continual integrity of the facility's event calendar, and preparing for and interacting with internal support teams and customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee training event coordination and correspondence, including answering and responding to incoming calls and emails and assisting the customer with administration and course coordination activities.
  • Manage the learners enrollment.
  • Publish upcoming course and learning event information for our customers
  • Provide support to ensure the continual integrity of the facility's event calendar.
  • Prepare for and interact with internal support teams and customer team.
  • Support the creation of desirable training content for the different mediums.
  • Collaborate with the client, customers, and cross-team members to identify and expound on topics for training and awareness.
  • Assist with sourcing and evaluating external training resources, including trainers, materials, and online courses, to supplement in-house offerings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring engaging and effective delivery methods.
  • Monitor the progress and impact of training programs, collecting feedback and data to measure their effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the program's relevance and quality continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field and 1 year of experience or 5 years of experience with an associate degree.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Experience managing technical/support teams.
  • Experience utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of collaborative tools like Atlassian, Mural, and Slack.
  • Strong customer interaction/service skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak in a public forum.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills; ability to interact effectively with others.

Desired

  • Cloud (AWS and MAG) familiarity
  • Experience with federal contracts and projects
  • 3 years experience with CMS
  • Worked in SAFe Agile methodology
