Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst specializing in Veeva Vault Study Start Up (SSU) and Vault Site Connect. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring the effective implementation, optimization, and support of clinical study workflows. You will leverage your expertise in Veeva Vault to enhance system capabilities, streamline operations, and enable efficient collaboration across clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and configure Veeva Vault SSU and Site Connect to support clinical processes.
Optimize workflows, enhance system functionality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide training, user support, and resolve application issues.
Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
Act as an SME, supporting integrations and reporting key performance metrics.
