Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all business and technical requirements are met. You will serve as a key liaison between our clients, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong project management skills combined with the ability to analyze and document business processes.

What You Will Do:
  • Schedule and manage initial kickoff and discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly meetings with OEMs and clients to discuss project progress, issues, and next steps.
  • Ensure all meetings are effectively planned and executed, with clear agendas and outcomes.
  • Provide weekly updates on project status through comprehensive status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Communicate project updates to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Collect and document business and technical requirements through working sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Document the outcomes of working sessions, including decisions made, action items, and next steps.
  • Manage the execution of the scope of services as outlined in project agreements.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet the quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust resources and timelines as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Work closely with clients, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and support throughout the project lifecycle.


What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within a technical or consulting environment.
  • Previous Experience with Essette Implementation highly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collect and document business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and coordinating with external vendors or OEMs.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques preferred.
