Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

This is an on-site role at our Milwaukee facility, with flexibility to work from home if you need to!

When you’ll work…

In the role of Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll have the advantage of flexible start and end times, typically between 8 AM and 5 PM. This flexibility supports a balanced approach to your workday, adapting to your personal and professional needs.

What you’ll do…

Invoicing Expert:

Keep our accounts orderly by entering all supplier invoices into our system with precision.
Ensure each invoice is routed to the appropriate team member for swift approval.
Accurately assign codes in the ERP system, making every dollar count.
Tackle discrepancies with skill, ensuring all numbers match perfectly.

Payments Pro:

Ensure all invoices are accounted for before payment batches begin, keeping our finances on track.
Conduct weekly check runs and biweekly ACH batches, ensuring timely payments based on invoice due dates.
Process and send payments efficiently, maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Issue Resolver:

Handle any supplier payment issues with confidence and care.
Manage and reconcile the unvouchered accounts payable ledger meticulously.

Petty Cash Handler:

Oversee petty cash and provide change as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions.

Month-End Closer:

Play a key role in month-end closing activities, ensuring all financial tasks are completed accurately.

Adaptable Team Player:

Ready to jump in and tackle additional responsibilities as they come up.

Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems and accounts payable applications, enhances our financial management's effectiveness and accuracy.
Your meticulous nature and organizational skills ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
