Position Summary

As President/COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Analyte Health. You will work with the company's CEO to lead the company's overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This individual will also support driving innovation and ensuring continued success with the hands-on stewardship of a dynamic Founder / CEO seeking to continue the rapid growth of the business and build out a high-powered C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Assist in the execution of a comprehensive strategic vision to position the company for long-term growth and market leadership.
    • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to drive business expansion.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative telehealth solutions and services.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing functional leadership team to drive new initiatives and achieve operational excellence
    • Optimize business processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific telehealth regulations.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional healthcare experiences.
    • Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
    • Continuously improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development:
    • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to build a strong and diverse leadership team.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles within e-commerce, telehealth, or healthcare organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the D2C e-commerce and/or healthcare industries.
  • Beneficial if experienced in regulated healthcare environments such as pharmacy or telehealth.
  • Understanding of D2C marketing metrics and how to profitably attract healthcare consumers and drive consumer engagement.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
