Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the payroll industry, is seeking an Associate I Payroll to join their team. As an Associate I Payroll, you will be part of the Payroll department supporting the team in Lake Bluff, IL. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate I Payroll

Location: Lake Bluff, IL

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc.
  • Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc.
  • Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.


What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
