We require a conduit between the Life Sciences and LTC markets to help close education gaps between the relevant parties.
This role is specifically skilled at understanding the documentation requirements in LTPAC care settings. They are adept at extracting the business meaning and applications from the information available within the EHR, supporting prospects and customers as they answer questions using the data.
Key Responsibilities
Support conversations with internal and external stakeholders, to inform decisions specific to the LTPAC space, related to their needs and use case
Use your extensive knowledge of the LTPAC space and PointClickCare data ecosystem to support the product initiatives.
Support marketing campaign efforts by positioning LTPAC Data in relation to the Drug development lifecycle use cases.
Supporting operations thru the new customer onboarding process
Feed data gaps identified in the sales cycle to the leadership and product teams, assisting in driving roadmaps and aligning to broader vision
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $82,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
