HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE
POSSIBLE REMOTE WORK FOR CANDIDATES IN THE PACIFIC OR MOUNTAIN TIME ZONES
PAY RANGE UP TO $63.50 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL)

Sr. Product Manager needed in San Diego, California 92122 for a short-term contract opportunity with Yoh’s client.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform market research, including KOL interviews, to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Work with R&D to define product updates and new features.
Ensure buy-in on product design from key internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Technical Support teams and other relevant functions to support on-market products, grow the business and identify new business opportunities.
Hybrid work schedule or Remote (must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones)

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree and/or PhD Preferred, in relevant technical and/or business field.
Experience / knowledge in oncology testing and particularly NGS oncology assays is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

Product management experience; experience working in customer facing roles (field support, sales or marketing); experience conducting market research, working with key opinion leaders, working on product development programs.
Demonstrated analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent listening, self-motivation, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once
Ability to communicate requirements and negotiate priorities internally and across the organization
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
