Product Manager

Bonfire is reshaping key functionality of our core platform, building for growth in a changing market, and reimaging how we get things done. We are focused on meaningfully improving our platform for our sellers, while also reducing unnecessary complexity and operational overhead. This role will play an integral part in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

You’ll collaborate with members across various business units within Bonfire, and have direct influence on our product strategy. This role will be high impact, regularly working with the executive team and leading some of the most important initiatives at Bonfire.

What you’ll be working on:

• Leading high impact product initiatives focused on making selling easier and more impactful for our users
• Managing our roadmpa by gathering and distilling insights so we know what to build next
• Ensure product delivery cycles are smooth, calm, and predictably productive
• Analyzing product usage to understand the impact of our actions, and understanding if we've solved the underlyin gissue
• Communicating change in simple ways that educate internal and external users

Who we are looking for:

• You have real world product management experience with a consumer, marketplace or SaaS business
• You have a background in product growth and understand the levers/inputs that result in usage and revenue growth
• You have a strong understanding of experimentation, web analytics, and modern analysis paradigms
• You understand design and engineering concepts and can connect the dots between technical and nontechnical perspectives
• You have excellent written communication skills and speak fluent English
