A Day in The Life:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and support our data-driven initiatives.

What you will do:

• Analyze datasets using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, INDEX-MATCH)
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Automate real-time visualization dashboards to ensure accurate data reporting.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests for different departments
• Ensure meticulous maintenance and timely updates to various critical reports.
• Collaborate on any other tasks as mutually agreed upon.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Have 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Possess Strong analytical skills to uncover actionable insights from data trends
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in data and reports 

Our Hiring Process:

Our hiring process includes multiple steps. You will progress to each step if we believe there's a good match for both parties. The process includes a review of your application, a skills assessment test, a virtual OR phone interview, a face-to-face interview with select members of our team via video conference and lastly, reference calls.
