Multimedia Brand Designer

As the Multimedia Brand Designer at 7shifts, you’ll play a key role in shaping how 7shifts is represented across all brand touchpoints. You’ll help connect the dots between marketing and product, using both motion and static designs to engage customers and attract prospects. Your work will include creating motion graphics for ads, product animations, and website visuals, along with static designs for marketing materials, trade shows, and campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Brand Design, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sr. Brand Designer and work cross-functionally to support design needs across the organization. You’ll take the lead in creating dynamic assets, shaping 7shifts’ motion design strategy, and contributing to our evolving video brand identity.

What you’ll do:

• Create and deliver strategic and user-focused motion and static designs for paid ads, brand campaigns, web animations, 7shifts events, and more
• Ground your work in a deep understanding of our visual identity, leveraging strategic insights to unlock and stretch creative opportunities for our brand
• Elevate the 7shifts motion identity, driving it to bold and innovative new heights
• Collaborate effectively, fostering strong relationships within your team and cross-functionally, ensuring alignment and project success 
• Communicate clearly and proactively when working with team members, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Effectively manage multiple projects, taking accountability for deliverables while adapting to diverse contexts and design requirements 
• Think strategically and conceptually about your projects, business challenges, and customer goals, aligning design decisions with broader objectives 
• Put the end user at the forefront, ensuring every design decision for external-facing projects prioritizes their experience 

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience  in multimedia design, motion graphics, or creative roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or Tech
• Expertise in motion and brand design, with deep knowledge of the design process from conception to launch 
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in graphic design, motion design, fine arts, computer graphics, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication with strong presentation skills to convey design strategy and impact 
• Skilled in animating product illustrations for web and brand videos
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe After Effects
• Ability to collaborate with and seek feedback from peers, stakeholders, and leaders to elevate your design work and grow as a creative
• A creative drive and the ability to balance big-picture conceptual thinking with design problem-solving

• Experience producing Lottie animations for web
• Experience with Framer (landing page building tool)
• Experience with Asana
