Job description

Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Technology Partnerships Consulting Lead to lead our technology partnerships, with a particular focus on managing third-party integrations, expanding our App Exchange, and enhancing our developer portal to support a thriving partner ecosystem. The Technology Partnerships Consulting Lead will oversee the development and management of strategic relationships with third-party technology providers and the ecosystem of developers contributing to Hexagon’s solutions. This role requires a leader experienced in OT Cyber technology who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions while driving the success of our App Exchange and developer portal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Integration Management:
    • Oversee the onboarding, development, and optimization of third-party integrations to expand the capabilities of Hexagon’s solutions.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure integrations are technically robust, secure, and aligned with customer needs.
  • App Exchange Development:
    • Drive the growth and success of the Hexagon App Exchange by attracting and managing partners to publish innovative and high-quality applications.
    • Define and execute a roadmap for the App Exchange, ensuring it meets customer demands and industry trends.
  • Developer Portal Enhancement:
    • Lead the strategy and execution to further develop the developer portal, making it the go-to resource for partners and third-party developers.
    • Ensure the portal provides comprehensive tools, documentation, and resources to streamline development and integration processes.
  • Ecosystem Growth:
    • Cultivate relationships with technology providers, developers, and other ecosystem stakeholders to build a vibrant and collaborative network.
    • Represent Hexagon at industry events, conferences, and other forums to promote the partner ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align technology partnerships with overall business objectives.
    • Work with marketing teams to create programs that drive adoption and visibility of integrations and apps in the ecosystem.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:
    • Define KPIs for the App Exchange and developer portal, regularly monitoring and reporting on their performance.
    • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the partner and developer experience.
Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, product management, or developer ecosystem roles within the software industry.
  • Deep understanding of API-based integrations, app marketplaces, and developer platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party relationships and drive ecosystem growth.
  • Experience in designing and scaling developer tools, portals, and resources.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with EAM, OT Cyber, Project Controls and Digital Asset Information Management.
