General Manager for Motor Gear Trader (Trading & Sales)

This is a remote position.

This pivotal role is responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Motor Gear Trader, building a high-performing team with industry expertise, and enhancing the Motor Gear Trader platform to meet client needs and excel in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  

  • Prepare Motor Gear Trader for its official launch and potential IPO readiness.
    
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and long-term growth.
    

• Operational Management:
  

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
    
  • Manage the design, development, and deployment of the initial beta platform.
    
  • Establish and implement operational plans, performance strategies, and reports.
    
  • Monitor and control operational costs, budgets, and forecasts to maximize profitability.
    

• Team Development:
  

  • Make key personnel decisions, including hiring, compensation, promotions, and performance management, in accordance with Estoras Group policies.
    
  • Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
    

• Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
  

  • Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
    
  • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored business strategies.
    
  • Manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
    

• Project Management:
  

  • Deliver Motor Gear Trader projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
    
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change requests.
    
  • Address and resolve conflicts while managing client-related requests effectively.
    

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience fund-raiser.
• Proven leadership experience in managing operations and leading teams within a similar industry.
  
• Strong background in strategic planning, operational management, and project delivery.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Adept at financial oversight, including budget management and cost optimization.
  
• Results-driven, with a focus on achieving business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Startup Business Acumen: Hands-on experience in startup environments, showcasing adaptability, innovation, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Technological Proficiency: Solid experience working with modern technologies, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
