Descripción

La Gerencia de Asuntos Regulatorios deberá:

  • Coordinar y liderar los trámites regulatorios ante el INVIMA para productos nutricionales especializados.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para la obtención, mantenimiento y renovación de registros sanitarios.
  • Implementar procesos alineados con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio (BPL).
  • Monitorear cambios en el marco regulatorio y proponer acciones preventivas o correctivas.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar tiempos y costos en procesos regulatorios.
  • Liderar auditorías internas y externas para garantizar la conformidad con normativas locales e internacionales.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de acción derivados de auditorías regulatorias.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con áreas médicas, comerciales y de mercadeo para garantizar que las estrategias regulatorias respalden los objetivos de negocio.
  • Proveer asesoramiento regulatorio para el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Diseñar e implementar planes regulatorios alineados con la estrategia corporativa.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos regulatorios y operativos del área.


Perfil buscado (h/m)

Buscamos profesional en Química Farmacéutica con experiencia de más de 5 años en asuntos regulatorios, especialmente en portafolios de fórmulas nutricionales especializadas. Persona estratégica y táctica, con capacidad para liderar procesos regulatorios ante el INVIMA, implementar buenas prácticas (BPM y BPL) y trabajar de manera transversal con áreas médicas, comerciales y de mercadeo. Persona autónoma, propositiva y con habilidades para identificar oportunidades regulatorias. Nivel de inglés conversacional deseado.
