Responsibilities

• Monitor global and local events to identify opportunities for impactful campaigns.
• Draft, proofread, and edit campaign emails and other communications.
• Use Artificial Intelligence to draft and enhance written materials.
• Source materials from media and NGOs for campaign support.
• Communicate with supporters about new and ongoing campaigns.
• Engage in public speaking and manage media coverage.
• Build relationships with influencers and journalists on social media.
• Translate our global campaigns from English to Croatian.
• Manage member correspondence and consultations.
• Assist and advise on offline campaign events and take charge if needed for logistical reasons.
  

Requirements

• Based in Croatia and willing to travel to Zagreb once a month.
• Excellent communication skills in both Croatian and English, with the ability to write in an engaging, emotional tone.
• Experience with software tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly.
• Strategic and creative thinking skills, with a clear understanding of advocacy and grassroots campaigning.
• Commitment to defending life, family, and freedom.
• Professionalism, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
• Strong teamwork abilities and comfort with a collaborative and hierarchical structure.
• Good project and personnel management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
• Proactive attitude with the initiative to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of Marketo and Asana is a plus.
• Availability for evening, weekend work, and occasional travel.
• Experience in marketing, copywriting, and using AI for content generation is preferred.
• A minimum of B2 level fluency in English is required.
• Additional languages, particularly Spanish, are beneficial.
