Business Development - Inside Sales (Remote)

Full time, Italy (Ideally Milan)

This position will support sales by generating sales leads and performing administrative tasks. You will answer incoming sales calls, handle the sales administration, and contact prospects for opportunity creation.

As a Business Development - Inside Sales, you will

  • Focus on lead generation, research relevant contacts
  • Create Salesforce entries to track prospects and opportunities
  • Manage Pardot sales inquiries
  • Meet travel agencies for proposal presentations

About You

  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Deep knowledge of leisure travel agencies
  • Good command of written and spoken Italian and English
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to be a self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and CRM tools
  • Capable of traveling within Italy up to 40%
