You will be responsible for:

• Develop and deploy ML solutions to tackle critical business challenges
• Work in close partnership with Business, Product, and Marketing teams, fostering open communication to clearly understand their needs and priorities
• Bridge the technical gap by effectively communicating complex findings and model results to a broad audience
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models in production, manage their lifecycle, and continuously improve our MLOps pipelines for efficiency and scalability
• Stay ahead of the curve by studying and researching new technologies and solutions

Requisiti

What you need:

• Master degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks and scientific libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow)
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in production, managing their full lifecycle (including real-time use cases), and monitoring their impact
• Working experience in a Cloud environment
• Can-do mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and teamworking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage your workflow effectively
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
