Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Sales Team Leader, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

Position:  Sales Team Leader

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Remote within Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure adherence to KPIs and lead the team to meet client and MarketStar targets.
  • Develop and implement processes to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Recruit new talent as needed and manage day-to-day operations with client and Program Manager.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, focus, and high performance.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee team performance, scheduling, evaluations, and time management.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, QA, and training teams.
  • Support personal development plans for team members.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge to assist clients with software integrations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English(C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus. 
  • Over 4 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, coaching, training, or senior representative role.
  • Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines, adjusting to shifting priorities, and balancing short-term and long-term goals.
