Job description

Job Title: Software-Systemberater für unsere Software GEOgraf (m/w/d)

Standort: Deutschland remote oder Braunschweig Büro

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden am Telefon und per E-Mail rund um unsere GEOgraf-Produktfamilie

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Problemstellungen

  • Durchführung von Seminaren und Individualschulungen per Web oder beim Kunden vor Ort

  • Mitarbeit an Dienstleistungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten 

  • Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation im Rahmen der Versionspflege und Weiterentwicklung

  • Vertriebsunterstützung durch Präsentationen auf Messen, in Workshops oder beim Kunden vor Ort

SIE VERFÜGEN ÜBER

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Vermessung bzw. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Vermessungstechniker oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation

  • Kenntnisse von HHK- und Trimble-Produkten sind hilfreich, werden aber nicht vorausgesetzt

  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein sicheres Auftreten

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch (C1 level) und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Führerschein Klasse B und entsprechende Fahrpraxis
