Job description

Your mission

Lead end-to-end deal management for solar PV asset sales and acquisitions across international markets
Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project feasibility, and potential returns
Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and detailed financial analysis for solar PV asset transactions
Structure and execute project finance deals, including debt sizing, equity structuring, and financial risk assessment
Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to support transaction execution

Your profile

Masterâs degree in finance, Economics, or related field
5-7 years of specialized experience in project finance, asset transactions, and renewable energy investments, Specific expertise in the Canadian market of advantage
Proven track record in solar PV asset acquisitions and sales
Advanced financial modeling skills with demonstrable experience in complex transaction structuring
Deep understanding of project finance principles specific to solar PV investments
Extensive knowledge of financial risk assessment and valuation methodologies
Strong analytical capabilities with ability to develop comprehensive financial models
