We are currently looking for Global Legal Counsel to be part of our team!

Summary
Global Legal Counsel will work with our clients, vendors, and team members around the world on a variety of legal issues including commercial, compliance, and operations. As an individual contributor, the person in this role will be overseeing important cross-functional legal matters in order to protect the company and enhance its legal processes.

Key duties and responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements and contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
Creating and maintaining contract database and life cycles tracking.
Partnering with various departments in the company worldwide such as sales, operations, marketing, human resources, and others to provide guidance on legal matters.
Creating and maintaining legal policies and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards and company directions.

Requirements and qualifications
Experience:

5 to 8 years of legal experience gained in in-house legal environment from international companies.
Experience and expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to software and professional services.
Experience in independently managing complex processes as well as collaborating within a team in a fast-paced international business environment.

Qualification:

Law degree from an accredited institution or equivalent legal qualifications.

Language Skills:

Mandatory: Fluent written and oral English.
Advantage: Fluency in another language (such as German, Portuguese, French, etc.).

Personal Skills:

Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills, resourceful, and results oriented.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Highly independent, responsive, and proactive.
Maintain high performance standards when under pressure.
