Freelance Business Data Analyst

3 months, with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and gather information.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  
• Conduct data cleansing, validation, and integration to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  
• Support strategic decision-making by providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  
• Identify and document business requirements, processes, and system improvements.
  
• Work with databases, ETL tools, and analytics software to manipulate and interpret data.
  
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  
• Strong knowledge of database management and querying.
  
• Experience with statistical tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.
  
• Familiarity with business process modeling and data visualization techniques.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:
