Basic Functions And Responsibilities

The Associate Product Administrator contributes to overall success of multiple Global Assessment projects and workflows under the direction of Senior Management by providing a wide variety of support services to the overall project team. This role coordinates work plans, supports development of project deliverables, supports budget tracking and billing activities, and assists with communication involving all levels of staff and external contacts.

End-to-End Product Management & Delivery

  • Coordinate development of project schedules and communication plans
  • Support coordinating / communication across ETS matrix
  • Support development of contract deliverables and provide QC/QA inputs for ensuring high-quality work products and client services
  • Periodically provide support for multi-national, global communications that require some off-hours contributions

Contract/Service Level Agreement (SLA) Fulfillment

  • Coordinate process for tracking service level delivery
  • Identify process improvements

Financial Management

  • Track costs
  • Assist with managing budgets

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or project management support
