Your responsibilities

Prepare orders for manufacturers and handlers, ensuring the correct management of delivery times, and report arrivals or deviations in delivery times.
Keeping detailed track of delivery dates and production volumes to ensure proper demand planning.Â
Managing transport requests, coordinating deliveries and ensuring an efficient flow of products.Â
Coordinate with the warehouse reception team to ensure an efficient and timely reception of productions.Â
Manage and reclaim stocks from suppliers, ensuring an adequate flow of inventory and minimising risks in the supply chain.Â
Collect and maintain up to date documentation (invoices and delivery notes) to support purchasing processes.Â
Requesting rates from suppliers and maintaining an updated database with the corresponding information.Â
Maintain the ERP database up to date, entering and updating relevant product and component information.

Your profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in order management.Â
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis, including formulas, pivot tables and macros.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Meticulous and organised person.
Resolutive and team player.
Pro-active and dynamic person.
Valuable knowledge/experience in integrated systems (ERP).
Customer orientation and commercial skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Fluent in Spanish and intermediate level of English.
