You’ll build political pressure, holding decision-makers accountable—whether they’re from far-left groups, globalist organizations, or conservative leaders failing to act. Your work will mobilize supporters worldwide to take meaningful action, turning their voices into a force for change.

As part of the Global Campaigns team, you will report to the Senior Project Manager, ensuring that all Twitter activities align with CitizenGO’s advocacy priorities and contribute to our overarching strategic goals. Your expertise will help shape conversations, influence policy, and inspire action across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Twitter-focused strategy to amplify CitizenGO’s Global campaigns, influence public discourse, and hold leaders across the political spectrum accountable.
• Craft concise, sharp, and persuasive content that challenges adversarial narratives and inspires grassroots action.
• Use Twitter to directly address decision-makers—whether far-left policymakers, globalist organizations, or conservative leaders failing to act in alignment with CitizenGO’s values.
• Plan and execute confrontational content supporting CitizenGO's global campaigns, which expose and counter harmful policies or rhetoric from ideological opponents and uncommitted allies.
• Monitor breaking news, policy announcements, and trending topics to craft timely responses that keep CitizenGO at the forefront of critical debates.
• Build and maintain an active online community by engaging followers, responding to comments, and inspiring supporters to take action.
• Work closely with CitizenGO Campaigners across countries to help them establish, grow, and manage their local Twitter accounts. Provide training, resources, and strategic guidance to ensure their success in driving local campaigns and engaging their communities.
• Identify and collaborate with allies across sectors to amplify shared campaigns and reach broader audiences.
• Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, and conversions) to measure campaign success and refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Partner with campaign managers and communication teams to align Twitter efforts with CitizenGO’s broader advocacy goals and narratives.
• Develop and consolidate a global ads strategy, a long with local accounts, that multiplies CitizenGO’s impact.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital advocacy, political campaigning, or social media strategy with a focus on mobilization and accountability.
• Technical Expertise and deep understanding of Twitter’s dynamics, trends, and tools for advocacy and political influence.
• Exceptional ability to craft clear, impactful, and sometimes confrontational messages.
• Good strategic, creative, and innovative thinking with an ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
• Proficiency in understanding and reporting back social media metrics, including engagement and conversion rates.
• A commitment to CitizenGO’s mission to defend life, family, and freedom, and a passion for holding leaders accountable irrespective of political alignment.
• Strong teamwork skills, comfortable in a highly collaborative team culture and hierarchical team structure.
• Fluency in English is required. Non-native speakers must take a Duolingo English Test with a minimum score of 100 (B2 equivalent). Spanish and additional languages are an asset.
