Freelance Community Builder

At theHRchapter and Coach4expats, we are looking for a creative and dynamic Freelance Community Builder with experience in community management to lead our new internal platform for Coach4Expats. This person will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing strategic content for our community, including planning and organizing webinars, programs, and resources focused on job searching.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and moderate the community platform, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.
• Develop and execute webinars and educational programs focused on professional growth and job searching.
• Collaborate with the Coach4Expats team to create engaging content that drives member engagement.
• Track and analyze community metrics to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Mandatory proficiency in English (written and spoken), with Spanish being preferred.
• Experience in online community management and content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in professional development and employability.
