Role Overview

This is a fully remote position with occasional travel requirements, reporting directly to the Director of Business Development for firmware. The role involves hands-on technical work and customer interaction to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Luxor’s Firmware product.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a prompt and professional manner.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to firmware installation, feature sets, and troubleshooting.

Engage with Luxor's APIs to meet client-defined technical requirements.

Implement and optimize LuxOS across mining fleets, offering specialized knowledge around product features.

Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Conduct firmware installations and optimizations remotely and through on-site deployments.

Requirements:

Passion for customer service and iteration, with the ability to liaise between external customers and internal engineering and product teams.

In-depth knowledge of firmware technologies.

Proficiency in Python and bash scripting, with experience in navigating Linux terminals.

Skill in VPN configuration for remote access and installation.

Interest and experience in Bitcoin mining hardware, particularly ASICs and troubleshooting.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
