Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Negotiate agreements and successfully close deals.
Meet or exceed established sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams across various functions.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to enhance the company’s competitive edge.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Malay (C1 level) and English (C1 level).
A well-established portfolio of active FX clients with the capability to expand the network rapidly.
Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales objectives.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading.
Strong aptitude for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proven experience in the Forex industry (3–4 years) and an active client portfolio.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
